Description
In 2010 the IMO Convention on Standards of Training Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW) was revised and updated. This Training Record Book takes full account of these new requirements for engineer cadets, including new competence standards for leadership and teamworking, and proacitve measures to protect the marine environment.
